Bliss Bridal is a designer bridal boutique in Wisconsin with a modern feel and an intimate atmosphere. We specialize in helping brides curate a look that reflects their individuality while providing a memorable experience for them and their guests. Bliss Bridal is celebrating 21 years in the industry and 15 years in bridal. Our shop is located at 18915 W Capitol Drive, Suite 100, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53045.

Bliss Stylist Position

We are currently looking to hire a part-time stylist to join our team. Help Bliss go above and beyond for our customers by offering a highly personalized experience through top-tier customer service, extensive product knowledge, and a friendly approach that they will want to brag to all their friends about. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fostering a positive environment and experience for brides and guests in an intimate, friendly retail environment
• Completing everyday tasks within the salon, including greeting customers, answering emails/phone calls, and other responsibilities
• Taking bridal appointments, identifying/fulfilling their bridal needs, and surpassing selling goals
• Maintaining the appearance of the shop
• Assisting in salon events and marketing efforts
• Serving as a brand ambassador
• Assisting in the receiving of merchandise in and out of the salon
• Learning in continuing training provided by Bliss
• Providing great customer service and addressing/resolving any customer service issues
• Any additional tasks assigned by the manager and/or owner

We are looking for team members with previous retail/sales experience and a passion for working with people and fashion. Your earning potential is equal to the effort and commitment you put forth. We are looking for someone who is committed to the job for at least a year, as the training alone could be 1-2 months. This would not be a summer position. We want people with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, with a lot of creativity and drive.

Salary is starting at $20.00 per hour plus commission, spiffs & tips—no Limits on earnings.

Celebration Stylist Position

We are currently looking to hire a part-time celebration specialist to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity to gain experience in the bridal industry. Help Bliss go above and beyond for our customers by offering a highly personalized experience through top-tier customer service. Weekends are required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fostering a positive environment and experience for brides and guests in an intimate, friendly retail environment
• Completing everyday tasks within the salon, including greeting customers, answering emails/phone calls, and other responsibilities
• taking pick up appointments, accessory appointments
• Serving and setting up our upgraded appointments
• Maintaining the appearance of the shop
• Assisting in salon events and marketing efforts
• Serving as a brand ambassador
• Assisting in the receiving of merchandise in and out of the salon. 
• Learning in continuing training provided by Bliss
• Providing great customer service and addressing/resolving any customer service issues
• Any additional tasks assigned by the manager and/or owner

We are looking for team members who have a passion for working with people and fashion. You do not need to have fashion retail experience for this position, but an interest is a must! 

We do have room to move into Stylist & Manager roles - promotions are handed to individuals who show leadership, achievements in goals, and a great personality. We encourage anyone interested to apply with a cover letter and resume.
